Grant Marcus

Grant Marcus is a professional Guide, Conservationist and Wildlife Photographic Guide.

From a young age Grant’s passion for wildlife and conservation burned bright and was constantly fed by different experiences and people in his life. After completing a National Diploma in Nature Conservation in 2001 he started his bush career in conservation. After 6 years he changed his path to include the tourism side of the industry.

Grant and his wife moved to Madikwe Game reserve where he has been guiding and Managing for the last 10 years. In  2007 Grant’s journey and passion for photography flamed up when one of his guests gifted him with a full camera kit. And from that day onwards the passion for wildlife photography just grew.

With his wealth of bush knowledge and now also photographic skills he is really looking forward to host you on Safari and change the way you see the world.

Welcome to my new Website !!

Hi Everybody

It has been a while since I have done work on my site , with the help of a great friend we could make some changes.  Thank you Marc !! There are still a few new add-ons we are working on, more on that later.

The Mighty Migration

We all watch these wildlife documentaries and think“ I wish I could experience that“

I didn’t think I would be so affected by seeing this phenomenon or spectacle of nature, because I have been living and working in the bush for almost 16 years.
But it did! In a very positive and humbling way. I have realized again how to value life and how value is added to life. It is about life and death and how one species are dependent on other species no matter if it is big mammals or birds or insects.
